Thanks to Mr. Bose's efforts, my RD General was reduced to speeding 54 in a 45. I sincerely appreciate their efforts (and success) on my behalf.

      Thad [Attorney Thad Furlong],

You must think me ungrateful. Attached is my input but I can not access the input site from the Pentagon and two attempts from home/this account failed as well. Can you have a member of your team post it? Bob

"Bose Law Firm took on a babe in the woods at age 58 with a first ever ticket of any kind, albeit a DWI. After a night in jail the theory of not driving under the influence gave way to reality in the State of VA--enter Bose and Thaddeus Furlong--a terrific advocate.

He was a superb advisor--professionally and personally. He knows the law, strategized courses of action, sought potential evidence and found experts to consider the events surrounding my solo-accident. He understood the dire implications to my senior industry position supporting government (the DoD) and security clearance issues as well as my personal reluctance to avoid self-accountability--not to mention the likelihood of more jail time (so abhorrent to me).

Thad and the extended Bose team exercised their competence, concern and care to me in an envelope of professionalism.

On my trial date, a very long day as advised, the reality of what I might have done without Thad's advice became apparent. I could have gone to jail for a year. Instead, his representation resulted in suspended jail time, halved the fine, secured me restricted (to and from work) driving privileges for a year, and the striking of my BAC of .16 from the warrant (a potential major help point on my next security clearance issuance).

And prior to hiring Bose, I was ready to stand before the judge and say, yes, your honor, I am guilty as charged. Dumb on my part.

My thanks to Thad and the Bose team for their care, advice and concern. Indeed, a bad situation was made better. Not whole of course--that is my fault in the first place--but should anyone lapse, I'd recommend the Bose Team. Regards Bob

Within my first week of moving to Virginia, I got a reckless driving ticket for 85/55 on 66. I had absolutely no clue how serious this was, and I thought I could just pay a fine by mail for a simple speeding ticket. After a little research online, I realized that this offense would give me a criminal record, which among other things could hurt my chances of obtaining/renewing security clearances. In addition, the reckless driving charge would go on my California driving record, despite the fact that 85/55 isn't even close to reckless driving in California. I decided to have Bose Law Firm represent me, and went through a painless process of describing the incident and obtaining my California driving record. At court I was represented by Thaddeus Furlong, and I sat in the courtroom listening to the judge while he negotiated with the prosecutor. The judge wasn't giving any leniency to the defendants with cases similar to mine. He was giving the reckless driving charge, and collecting licenses right there in the courtroom. Somehow Thaddeus negotiated to have my charge reduced to simple speeding (74/55), so I just had to pay a fine and I had the reckless driving charge wiped from my record. I don't know how difficult it was for Thaddeus to negotiate this deal with the prosecutor, but I do know that in Virginia, you can't negotiate with the prosecutor without a lawyer. If I hadn't hired Bose Law Firm, I would have been just like all those other people I saw in the courtroom - convicted by the judge without a chance. In the end I never had to say a word to anybody except Thaddeus. I just sat in the courtroom and waited for him to make my life so much simpler. I couldn't be more pleased with the result.

Having just put myself through graduate school and passed the CPA exam I thought I was well on my way to a successful career. Before embarking on a busy career I thought I would take a short vacation and visit my beloved grandmother in Florida. Because of her advanced age and frailness I feared it might be my last chance to visit her.
Driving through Virginia on I95 traffic was moving at a brisk clip, 75-80mph, and I cruised along in the center lane just going with the flow. Occasionally, other cars flew past me on both the right and the left. Shortly after being overtaken and passed on the right by a speeding Jetta, I noticed flashing lights approaching from behind at a high rate of speed. I got over to the right and wondered if the driver that had just passed me was getting pulled over.
Well, to my great surprise, I was the one getting pulled over. I was charged with Reckless Driving for allegedly doing 90mph in a 65mph zone, as determined by stationary radar. I was absolutely flabbergasted and in a complete state of shock. While remaining polite and courteous at all times, I admitted no wrongdoing and expressed my surprise at being stopped when I thought that the officer was after the vehicle that had just overtaken and passed me. The officer indicated that he wasn't sure which vehicle he was going to pull over, but since he couldn't stop us both he stopped me because he "had me first". Gee, thanks.
In my chosen field a charge of reckless driving would be a sure-fire career killer. NOBODY wants to hire a reckless accountant and all the good firms do serious background checks these days. A conviction for RD would land my resume in the circular file every time, despite my top grades. All my hard work would be for naught.
Naturally, I couldn't let that happen. After conducting extensive research and consulting with a number of attorneys, the one who stood out from the rest was Kyle Courtnall of the Bose Law Firm. I retained the Bose Law Firm with full confidence that they would be able obtain justice for me. I was not to be disappointed.
I worked with attorneys Kyle Courtnall and Thaddeus Furlong, assisted by Sabrina Pitera and the rest of the firm's fine office staff. They diligently handled my case and gave me specific instructions on what steps to take to achieve the best possible result in court.
Well, I followed the proven Bose Law Firm program for success to a T and when my day in court came Thaddeus Furlong was there to defend me. His courtroom demeanor was as polished as his appearance. Despite the evidence against me he was able to get my RD 90/65 reduced to Simple Speeding 79/65 with only a $95 fine!
Needless to say, I was elated. I felt about four inches taller when I walked out of the courthouse that day. I simply cannot thank them enough and I heartily recommend their services to anyone.

I have used Bose Law Firm twice for Reckless Driving.

      Both with excellent results

The First RD driving case they were able to drop the speed 5 MPH to under 20 over the limit, therefore dropping it from RD to regular speeding.

The second and most recent time I used BLF I was facing serious jail time for another RD charge. This while still being under probation from a RD a year ago from same county and courthouse.

Not only was I looking at 90 days in jail, I was looking at the court taking my license for 6 months and also fining me in the thousands of dollars.

On top of all this I had negative -27 points.

I had a complex case and in spite of everything I have written and said Mr. Furlong was able to produce such an amazing result.

      With my info he requested,
(I.E. Volunteer service, driving improvement course Completions Certificates) knowing how to best explain my case to the Judge and Prosecutor (who both were notorious for anti speeders) to get me the best result possible even I though possible.

It took 3 hours but they(court) opened with 90 days in jail which he(Furlong) rejected and it finished with a $200 fine that they accepted.

I walked out of the courthouse with no jail time, no suspension of license from the court, a mere $200 fine and no continuation of probation. I feel Like OJ almost.

I cannot thank either Mr. Furlong or BLF enough for their services and they end result they achieved for me.

Drunk driving is a serious problem. Lowering the limit speed would be just a first step in this action. There is still much more to do here, a man crazy enough to drive while drunk needs serious help apart from coercion.
