On my trial date, a very long day as advised, the reality of what I might have done without Thad's advice became apparent. I could have gone to jail for a year. Instead, his representation resulted in suspended jail time, halved the fine, secured me restricted (to and from work) driving privileges for a year, and the striking of my BAC of .16 from the warrant (a potential major help point on my next security clearance issuance).
And prior to hiring Bose, I was ready to stand before the judge and say, yes, your honor, I am guilty as charged. Dumb on my part.
